Completed entry form (one for each exhibitor)

Copy of horse's papers (front & back) if not already on file

Copy of owners and exhibitors IBHA cards (if not already on file from the May show)

Horses shown in May will be entered under the same back number for the July show

Horses not shown in May: submit a back number they already have that they'd like to use if available
